I was flicking through the TV channels one night and by shear luck came across you doing your thing on CMC.
I must admit I'm not really into country music that much.
However, being a player myself, I do love to see a master of the guitar do his thing.
Very cool and very inspiring.

Hello Redd,
It's been a few years but I still remember the impact your playing made on my life. You are still the best and it's good to know you are doing it for the love. You are such a great player and a wonderful person. I'm glad I had the chance to know you. I'm in Milwaukee now and have been for the last two years. I would love to chat with you if you have time one day. I do have something I would like to send you. I found it at my moms house in the attic and I know that you would love it. Tell Nancy and Ernie I said hi. Hope to hear from you Pal. Stan

Hi Redd ,
I hope this Friday finds you
and yours in fine form.
A quick question : is it possible to
switch out the metal housing on a humbucker , that is , for a housing
with a shorter set of feet/legs so
as to not have to route out the guitar cavity ?
Thank you Sir !

Hi Redd.I met you several years ago when you were playing a gig with Merle at the Paso Robles State Fair in Paso Robles,Ca.I'm the guy that was trying to get a copy of the Live At The Blackboard Cd of Bill Woods from Bakersfield to Merle. The best I could do was give a copy to Don Markham.Since then I have become friends with Merle and we talk on the phone several times a month. He's quite a character.I have that website dedicated to the Bakersfield Sound at www.thatbakersfieldsound.com.I took some pictures of you that night. If you would like to see the pics just e-mail me and I will gladly e-mail them to you.Anyway my friend you do Roy Nichols proud by your playing and I really appreciate the time you took to shoot the bull with me that night.
