Hi Redd,
I'm 21 and in a rock and roll band that is currently recording with Rikki Rockett from Poison. I'm the guitar player. Although our sound is Rock, my tones and stlye are very much blues. I drove to Iowa city tonight, turned on the t.v. and you were on the public channel at Egos bar. I was blown away.
If I could learn a few licks from listening to you that would be amazing. Good luck in the future Redd.

Redd,
Thanks for the great show with Heybale last Sunday night, it was inspirational. I talked with you briefly after the show, I was wearing a Waylon Jennings t-shirt. Thanks for turning me on to Johnny Isaacs and Ten City Run - they cook. Can't wait to see you again and learn. I'm a new devotee and I tell everyone about you and Heybale. Keep on truckin'

Pleasent Mi. after Bonnie Owens left and You and the Band did Your best to fill the Gap.He must be very different and hard to work for. shame on you for stealing the show, with to much Talent like He did from Buck Owens Red in Mich.

When I lived in Edmonton I bought a Vintage Telecaster from Cameron Guitars. I was told it was formerly owned by you. If true, I just want to let you know it still has a good home.(My musician kid now plays it) Also I have met a couple of guys who tell me stories about hanging out with you in White Rock, (when they were a lot younger) How Cool is That?

Hey Redd!!! Enjoyed the Heybale show at the Conroe Cajun Catfish Festival! Everyone sounded great! Thanks for taking the time to talk to me before and after the show. I hope I didn't talk your ear off that night. I am still very interested in buying one of your homemade guitars. Drop me an email and let me know what you think. Thanks again!!!
